We are excited to offer a brand new Physio Summer Speed Camp that will emphasize acceleration, velocity, top-end speed, and deceleration. This is an additional camp to training at the schools for athletes who want extra work on becoming faster this summer!
Open to middle and high school athletes (breakout groups based on age)

Physio Speed Camp Info:
$50 add-on for entire summer (16 sessions!)
Must be registered for strength & conditioning program at your high school

Wednesdays & Fridays
1PM - 2PM
June 5 - August 2 (No camp week of July 4)
