As a Physical therapist, a mom, a wife, and an athlete, Dr. Ramsee Hald takes on several roles daily. Working in the areas of Pelvic Health and the performance of the female athlete, she has had the honor of empowering hundreds of women over the past decade.

Growing up in Rapid City, Ramsee has been a lifelong athlete and firmly believes that there is an athlete in all of us. She believes that wellness looks different for everyone, and women should be empowered, encouraged, and guided toward finding the best version of themselves.

Ramsee received her undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University with a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in 2011. She has extensive experience working in outpatient Orthopaedics and Pelvic Health. Female performance athletes hold a special place for Ramsee, specifically gymnasts and dancers, and she works with them frequently at Physio and on-site at their local gyms. Women’s wellness is her passion, and there is no question that she brings that energy to Physio every day.

Dr. Hald is a Kinetacore functional dry-needling provider, a Graston Technique provider, a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and practices with an emphasis on manual therapy and functional movement.

When not in the clinic, Ramsee enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and their three children. Outside of becoming a professional youth sports mom, Ramsee is a lover of chips and queso and loves being around people that make her laugh. She enjoys adventuring in the beautiful Black Hills with her family, going to concerts, and dancing any chance she gets.
