Dr. Andrews received her BS in Exercise Science at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND and got her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL in 2015. Dr. Andrews is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy after completing a residency at the VA Medical Center in Tampa, FL in 2017.
Casey has extensive training in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy through the Herman and Wallace Institute. She has also completed her Dry Needling Certification through Evidence in Motion and Rehabilitation of the Injured Runner certification through the Institute of Clinical Excellence.Casey loves to integrate orthopedic and sports medicine with pelvic floor physical therapy to help her patients reach their goals. She has a passion for working with athletes, women during pregnancy and postpartum, and runners. She understands that each person who walks through the door has unique needs and goals and loves to work alongside her patients to overcome any barriers that may be keeping them from reaching those goals!
Outside the clinic, Casey loves spending time with her husband, Bryan, and their two daughters. She loves exploring all that the Black Hills have to offer with her family, running, baking, reading, and going to the lake.
