Meet your coach!
Katie Bila, MS, CSCS
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Katie (Klapprodt) Bila is a Rapid City native & Stevens High School alum. Prior to moving back to the Black Hills, Katie developed as a strength & conditioning coach at some of the most premier institutions in the nation. She served as a sport scientist & performance coach for the Kansas City Current of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), where she worked with athletes that also played on the US Women’s National Olympic Team.
Katie also served as a performance coach at Georgetown University, the University of Nebraska, and South Dakota State University. She is thrilled to return home with her husband and dogs, and is excited to help develop student-athletes at Stevens!
Katie earned a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Dakota. Prior to that she played Division 1 basketball at UND. Katie is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Summer Speed Lab
We are excited to bring back & expand the Physio Summer Speed Camp that will emphasize acceleration, velocity, top-end speed, and deceleration. These additional camps are for athletes who want extra work on becoming faster this summer!
Open to middle and high school athletes (breakout groups based on age)

Phase 1 only: $50
Both Phase 1 & 2 sessions: $79
