Michelle Budet, M.S., CSCS
Michelle grew up in Austin, Texas where it was encouraged to be creative and weird. She has always loved being outdoors, being active, and getting to know those around her.
Having grown up attending art school and playing music, she has a knack for thinking outside the box and appreciating unique qualities in people. It wasn’t until the end of her freshman year in college that she gained an interest in physical activity, and developed her passion as a healthy community advocate.
Michelle then pursued an MS in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas, and earned her strength and conditioning certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She relocated to Spearfish, SD in June 2018 to work as a Nutrition Assistant. She aspires to become a registered dietitian to continue improving our communities health through nutritional education. When she’s not at work you can find her exploring, studying for her sports nutrition certification, or training for her first power lifting competition. She’ll be the first to tell you that she doesn’t know everything, but hopes to learn something new every day and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals.
