Greg Midzak, B.S., USA-W
Greg’s career began as a Wildland Firefighter with the US Forest Service, where he spent just under ten years trouncing in the great public lands of our nation. Along the way, he became interested in CrossFit and became involved with the growing movement that it was. Greg became a CrossFit Level 1 instructor, as well as a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach in the winter of 2014. While teaching group fitness classes, he began to wonder if the product that he presented was safe, effective, and well-thought-out. This began a search for higher knowledge of human capabilities and performance. Slowly, yet steadily, Greg’s interest in biomechanics, health, and longevity has grown. This led to pursuing and completing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He is greatly interested in helping people move their body in a pain-free, safe, and fun manner. Greg can find enjoyment in just about anything if it involves being outside and being with friends or family. Greg hopes to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in his life-long commitment to learning.
